Each ornament features two personalized locations connected by our signature dotted heart line, with a heart marking each location and another heart formed in the center.

Your ornament is customized with two locations:
1. LEFT LOCATION – HOME STATE
Choose your first location from the drop-down menu.
2. RIGHT LOCATION – DEPLOYMENT LOCATION
Choose the second location from the available options.
For overseas locations, please see the important information below.
3. ORNAMENT COLOR
Enter your preferred color: White, Silver, Black, Gold or Red.
4. DATE
Enter the date you would like added.
Please let me know whether you would like the date underneath the heart on the front or on the back of the ornament.
5. LEFT NAME (OPTIONAL)
Enter the first name you would like displayed beneath the LEFT location.
6. RIGHT NAME – SERVICE MEMBER (OPTIONAL)
Enter the service member’s first name to be displayed beneath the RIGHT location.
7. OPTIONAL CONTACT INFORMATION
You may leave a phone number in case I have a question about your order. This can help me reach you more quickly than through Etsy messages.
Your phone number will only be used for questions regarding your order and will never be shared or sold.

We understand the sensitive nature of some overseas military locations.
If you are unable to share an exact location, a general country, region or another location you feel comfortable providing is perfectly fine.
Your location information will never be shared and is used only to create your ornament. ❤️
For international or custom locations, I will send you a design mockup for approval before making your ornament.

Custom and personalized orders
Custom and personalized orders
We are happy to help you with any custom and personalized orders. If an item is delivered Broken. Please contact me as soon as you can so we can get it replaced and sent to you. We do require 2-3 pictures of the broken items as well as pictures of the box it came in ( for insurance purposes).
Without these pictures we can not send a replacement. We do not accept returns on any custom orders only replacement if they should come damaged or broken.
My Address is wrong and was returned
Always check the address before placing an order, Unfortunately we have ZERO control over the address once the order has processed and when a label is printed with the info that is entered at purchase. The shipping info you enter at checkout is the exact shipping info that will be printed on the label. We make zero changes to the shipping info UNLESS contacted by the purchaser in a reasonable time after purchase, NO changes can be made once the label is printed.
