Custom and personalized orders

Custom and personalized orders
We are happy to help you with any custom and personalized orders. If an item is delivered Broken. Please contact me as soon as you can so we can get it replaced and sent to you. We do require 2-3 pictures of the broken items as well as pictures of the box it came in ( for insurance purposes).

Without these pictures we can not send a replacement. We do not accept returns on any custom orders only replacement if they should come damaged or broken.

My Address is wrong and was returned

Always check the address before placing an order, Unfortunately we have ZERO control over the address once the order has processed and when a label is printed with the info that is entered at purchase. The shipping info you enter at checkout is the exact shipping info that will be printed on the label. We make zero changes to the shipping info UNLESS contacted by the purchaser in a reasonable time after purchase, NO changes can be made once the label is printed.
