We are happy to help you with any custom and personalized orders. If an item is delivered Broken. Please contact me as soon as you can so we can get it replaced and sent to you. We do require 2-3 pictures of the broken items as well as pictures of the box it came in ( for insurance purposes).
Without these pictures we can not send a replacement. We do not accept returns on any custom orders only replacement if they should come damaged or broken.
